Additives and oils appear within ingredients_text; there are no separate occurrence fields.
Unknown values remain null. None declared is different from source not disclosed.
Ingredient alternatives and possible-presence text are preserved. These are not allergy-safety guarantees.
CSV opens in Excel/Sheets. Each cell is JSON-encoded and CSV-quoted; JSON.parse restores its value.
Nested fields use JSON text. Source URLs are included when stored and may be empty.
